Frequently Asked Questions
Here are some questions and answers about our event. If you still have questions, reach out to us via our Contact Us page.
What nights are you open?
We are open Fridays and Saturdays in October.
What are your hours?
The event opens at 7 PM. The trail opens at 8 PM. The event closes at Midnight. The ticket booth closes at 11 PM.
What if I’m in line at Midnight?
If you are in line before midnight, you will still be allowed to experience the attraction.
Where are you located?
We are located at the Fort Smith Knights of Columbus property at 10203 Columbus Acres Rd. Fort Smith, AR 72916.
How much are tickets?
Tickets to our haunted trail are $20 per person plus applicable taxes and fees. There is no cost to enjoy our concessions, live entertainment, or fire pit.
How long does it take?
Our trail is 1/2 mile long, with many frights along the pathway. The time it takes depends upon how fast you can run from monsters. You are free to enjoy our concessions, fire pit, and live entertainment for as long as you wish, if you wish to make a night of it.
What if it rains?
This is an outdoor event. Our trail is designed to withstand rain, but in the event of severe weather, we will close the event. We will notify you of closures via the email address you provide when purchasing your tickets. We will also place a notice on our website and on social media. Your ticket will be valid for any other night we are open. If you have questions or concerns about this policy, please contact us.
Is it scary?
Our event is family friendly. We designed our trail to be scary, so we will try our best to scare you, but more importantly, we want to entertain you and provide you with a fun and memorable experience.
Are there any age restrictions?
Our haunted trail is intended to be scary. We don’t recommend this for very young children, who may be upset by startles, but there are no age restrictions. Some children enjoy spooky fun and scares. You know your children better than we do, so we ask that you use your best judgement.
What should I wear?
This is an outdoor event. Our trail is well maintained, but we ask you to please wear closed-toe shoes. Flip flops and sandals are not appropriate for a hike in the woods.
Will the monsters touch me?
Our creatures have been trained to not touch you, but incidental/accidental contact may occur. Please do not touch them.
What is your refund policy?
Our policy is to not provide refunds. If you have questions or concerns about this please contact us via email or phone.
Do you offer any discounts?
Absolutely! Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for social media exclusive discounts, contests, and giveaways.
What if I’m too scared to continue?
You are free to enjoy our entertainment, fire pit, and concessions. We do not offer refunds if you have already purchased your ticket, however, if your ticket has not been redeemed, you can transfer it to someone else. If you have questions about this policy, please contact us by email.
Is there a way to skip the line if it’s long?
Yes. You can upgrade your ticket to a front-of-the-line pass, which will be available onsite only.
Why can’t I buy a front-of-the-line pass online?
We have no idea how long the lines will be in advance. We don’t want to sell you a front-of-the-line pass if the line is not long
