Charity and Community are at our core

River Valley Nightmare ‘s origins are rooted in charitable and community organizations.

For more than 30 years, our team has been producing Halloween haunted attractions for the benefit of local charities and our community. From our humble beginnings, operating a yearly haunted house for the Fort Smith Boys & Girls Clubs, to our current non-profit organization, Haunters With Heart, our goal has always been to bring frightful fun to the people of our community, for the benefit of all.

OUR HUMBLE BEGINNINGS

From event halls to warehouses, to spooky trails.

From our first event in a function hall in 1994, we have captured the hearts of our volunteers and our customers with our community-driven, Halloween season haunted houses. Our events have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for local charities and community organizations over the past 30 years. With each year, we strive to go beyond in every way. You could say that bringing smiles to faces, and screams to the October night air is in our blood.

Haunters With Heart transforms fear into hope by creating immersive Halloween attractions that entertain communities while generating vital funds for local charitable organizations. We believe that spine-tingling thrills can inspire real-world change. Through the art of haunted entertainment, we bring people together to celebrate the Halloween season while building a stronger community and supporting those in need. Our volunteer-driven productions ensure that every scream translates into meaningful support for local causes, proving that even the darkest nights can illuminate the brightest possibilities for positive change.
